Invitation to Tender for the Fabrication of Equipment for Year 2014 Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) Normal Intervention
The Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu has obtained approval from the TETFund for Equipment Fabrication under the 2014 Normal intervention.
Interested reputable Fabrications with relevant cognate experience and good track records of performance are hereby invited to pre-qualification and financial document for the clawing:
(1) Fabrication of Block Making machine
(2) Fabrication of Solar Street light
(3) Fabrication of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)
Tender Requirement
(1) Compliance to global best practices in Software Engineering.
(2) Compliance to best practices in Network Engineering
(3) Registration with Nigeria Cooperate Affairs Commission
(1) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(2) Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years ending in December 2013.
(3) Company audited account of three years/2011-2013)
(4) Evidence of VAT Registration Certificate with TIN NO and Past remittances for the last three (3) years.
(5) Evidence of registration as a Contractor with Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu.
(6) Evidence of payment of Education Tax.
(7) Evidence of issuance of Compliance Certificate to all Organization by PENCOM in line with Pension Reform Act 2004/as amended.
(8) Evidence of Compliance with the amended industrial Training Fund (ITF) Acts 2011.
(9) A Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any Officer of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu or Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director. Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and confirm that at information presented in its bid are true and correct.
(10) Company profit with CVs of key Officers including photocopies of relevant professional/technical qualification.
(11) Verification Evidence of successful completion of similar works within the past three (3) years and attach copies of letters of awards and certificates of successful completion.
(12) Any other document /information to support application.
Submission of Pre-Qualification Document
Submission of completed Pre-Qualification Document which bound and enclosed in a sealed envelope with the title of the project written at the top left hand corner of the envelope should be submitted and addressed to:

Opening of Pre-Qualification Documents
Pre-qualification documents shall be opened in the Council Chamber of the Institute 23rd February 2015 at 1.30 pm. The concerned Companies and general Public are invited to opening of the pre-qualification documents.
Note:
(1) Companies should note that the pre-qualification is not an invitation to tender or bid and does not create any commitment by the institution to any Company. Only pre-qualified Companies will be invited to bid or tender for the projects.
(2) The institute reserves the right to reject all or any of the pre-qualification submission(s) that fail(s) to meet the expected standard(s)
(3) A copy of the Tender Documents can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar, Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), upon payment of non-refundable tender fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) only in bank draft draw in favour of the institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu.
(4) Original documents should be available for signing on demand during the opening of pre-qualification documents
