Tender Notice
The Yenagoa Local Government hereby invites eligible contractors to tender for the following jobs:
1. Furniture for the new secretariat
2. Renovation of the Yenagoa Local Government Multi-Purpose Hall.
3. Renovation of the old secretariat complex.
4. Solar-powered water system/Renovation of the plumbing system in the new secretariat.
5. Construction of a slaughter house.
6. Installation of air conditioners in the new secretariat.
7. Renovation/Fencing of Igbogcne market.
8. Completion/Provision of equipment and water for Karama Health Centre.
9. Construction of Generator and Gate houses tor Obunagha Health Centre.
10. Fencing and provision of water for Obunagha Health Centre.
11. Construction of a Maternity house for Obunagha Health Centre.
12. Renovation of Ekeki Motor Park.
13. Furnishing of the Legislative Chamber.
14. Renovation o f the Okolobiri Corpers’ Lodge and Walkway.
Interested contractors should submit their applications on or before 26th September 2013 to the office of the Head of Local Government Administration. All contractors must satisfy the following pre-qualification criteria:
1. Evidence of incorporation.
2. Evidence of tax clearance for the last three years.
3. Evidence of financial capability.
4. Evidence of registration as a contractor with Yenagoa Local Government Council.
5. Evidence of Execution of similar project (Job Profile)
A date for the bidding will be announced later.
