Management Council (AMMC) Capital Projects
The Abuja Metropolitan Management Council is inviting competent and interested companies to submit technical and financial bids for the under listed projects under its 2013 Capital & Recurrent Budgetary implementation.

1 Construction of 2 No Zonal Offices
2 Supply of Tyres for Heavy Duty Machine
3 Construction of Development Control Equipment workshop
4 Furnishing of Studio for professional review Plan and Design
2. Pre-Qualification and Evaluation Requirements
i) Evidence of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii) Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years expiring 31st December, 2013
iii) Evidence of registration with the National Pension Commission and up to date remittance of employees contributory pension funds to Pension Fund Managers;
iv) Evidence of Contributions to the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) in compliance with ITF Amendment Act
v) Up to date evidence of Annual Returns with CAC, and note that Due Diligence could be conducted
vi) Verifiable documentary evidence of similar jobs that has been successfully executed within the last three years
vii) Evidence of last three Successive years of audited account by a Chartered Accounting Firm
viii) Letter to the company’s bank authorizing FCTA to cross check company’s account
ix) Current Bank Reference, and statement of account of the company for the last 12 months
x) Sworn Affidavit incompliance with provisions of Part IV Section 16, Subsection 6 (a & f) of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
xi) A chat indicating the number and categories of Nigerians that are to be employed by the company as a result of this project
xii) Evidence of compliance with the Employee’s Compensation Act (i.e) Remittance of 1% of the total emolument of your workers to the Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund(NSITF)
xiii) The terms of reference in the bidding document shall also constitute part of this advertisement
3. Collection of Tender Documents
Interested companies should collect the Tender documents from the Abuja Metropolitan Management Council, Procurement Unit, Room 111, No. 2 Juba Street, Zone 6 Wuse-Abuja upon the presentation of evidence of payment of N15,000.00 (Fifteen thousand naira) only non-refundable tender fee into FCTA Account no. 5030009770 with Fidelity Bank Central Area-Garki.
4. Submission
The Technical and Financial bid documents should each be sealed and labelled “Technical and Financial bid documents should each be sealed and labelled “Technical” and “Financial” Bids separately as appropriate and the two envelopes be put in another envelope that should also be sealed and labelled at the right hand corner accordingly indicating a particular procurement of interest. The Tender documents (Technical & Financial Bid) shall each be submitted in three (3) copies (one original and two other copies) and all pages are to be duly endorsed by an authorized Principal Officer of the bidding company. The documents should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Procurement Unit, Abuja Metropolitan Management Council, No. 2 Juba Street, Zone 6- Abuja within the official hours (9:00am to 4:00pm).
5. Closing date for submission of Tenders is Tuesdav29′”0ctober, 2013 at 12:00noon and Opening of Tenders follow immediately thereafter at AMMC Conference Room.
6. Note
i) Interested Bidders without any of the items in i-iv of the pre-qualification requirements listed above shall be disqualified from the Tendering processes.
ii) The Representatives of the companies are to bring letter of introduction indicating name, rank and sample signature.
iii) This advertisement shall not construed as a commitment on the part of AMMC nor shall it entitle responding companies to seek any indemnity from AMMC by virtue of such companies having responded to advertisement.
iv) AMMC is not bound to accept the lowest or any of the bids.
v) A Contractors may not tender for more than a project from A&B above.
