The authorities of Mushin Local Government Area hereby notify the general public of the intention to embark on Road Construction, Schools, Drains & Primary Health Centres. Qualified contractors are hereby enjoined to bid for the followings:
1. SECRETARIAT…..Remodeling of the Secretariat complex
2. REHABILITATION of Schools FSP Primary School Ikale, Mushin, School Toilets and others.
3. CONSTRUCTION of Roads at Awawu, Anifowose, Omodigbo/ Oladeinde, Afisi, Alasalatu, Bamigboye, Oduniake, Onifade Street and others.
4. REHABILITATION of Itire Primary Health Centre, Mushin and others
5. Renovation of Mushin Local Government Secretariat Annex at Oliyide Street.
The Tender documents including the Bills of Quantities and Drawing (Where applicable) and specifications are available at the office of the Council Engineer at the Council Secretariat’s address shown below on the payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (#20,000.00k) only for each Tender.
The Tender documents should be wax-sealed landmarked in capital at the left hand corner “Tender” and should be addressed to:

The completed Tender should be submitted between 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday through Friday not later than 22nd September, 2013, that is, Monday 9th to 22nd September, 2013.
Interested Contractors/Tenderers are expected to attach the under listed requirements alongside tender documents:
1. Certificate of incorporation and registration
2. Company’s profile
3. Evidence of registration with the Lagos State Government and Mushin Local Government.
4. Evidence of current tax clearance
5. Evidence of pictures of previous jobs (capital projects) done for Government or any other reputable organization.
6. Evidence of performance with reputable financial institution.
