Invitation to Tender

Kuje Area Council hereby invites interested contractors and reputable companies to tender for Technical and Financial biding for under listed projects


Lot 1-              Renovation of Secretariats

Lot 2-              Construction of Culverts

Lot 3-              Maintenance of Non-functional Boreholes

Lot 4-              Purchase/ Supply of Transformers

Lot 5-              Grading of Roads within Communities in all Wards of the Council.

Lot 6-              Evacuation of Refuse Disposal (Waste Mgt.)

(B)       Requirements

(I)        The Company must be duly registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAG)

(II)       The Company must be a Registered Contractor with Kuje Area Council

(III)      The Company must have a VAT Certificate

(IV)     Evidence of industrial Training Fund Contribution

(V)      Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate (PENCOM)

(VI)     Verifiable Evidence of similar jobs executed in the past (Award letters and Certificate of Completion of jobs should be submitted)

(VII)    Bank Guarantee Reference and Audited Account for Three (3) years

(C)      Collection of Tender

Tender Documents can be collected from the Office of the Chairman Tender Board Kuje Area Council on payment of Non-refundable fees of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20.000 00) only to be paid through Kuje Area Council Bank Account.

(D)      All completed tender documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked confidential and address to the Secretary Tender Board Kuje Area Council FCT Abuja not later than 7th September, 2015
