Invitation for Pre-Qualification/Tender for 2014 Tetfund Normal Intervention Projects
The Federal College of Education (Technical) Bichi wishes to bring to the notice of interested, competent and reputable contractors that the College would carry out the following Constructions/Procurement work
(a) Construction Of Office Block For Academic Planning, Quality Assurance And Committee Conference Room.
(b) Construction of School of General Studies in Education Phase 11.
(c) Construction of Art Studio for Vocational Educational Training School
(d) Supply 1No 200KVA Sound Proof Perking Generator, 1No Cummins 6BT Diesel Engine, 152 Tata LPK 1618 Water Tanker
(e) Procurement of Classroom and Office Furniture.
Interested, skilled and reputable contractors are hereby invited for Pre-qualification/Tender
Pre-qualification Requirements;
Photocopies of the following documents are required
- Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration
- Current Tax clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
Value Added Tax Registration Certificate - Verifiable Evidence of previous experience in area of interest
- Company Profile
- Three years Audited Accounts/Evidence of financial Capability
- Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act, 2004
- Evidence of compliance with the statutory provision of section8 (l)-(3) of the industrial Training Fund Amendment Act, 2011
Purchase of Tender Documents
Interested companies are required to collect the bids documents from the office of the Director works FCE (T) Bichi on payment of non-refundable fee of TWEENTY FIVE Thousand Naira only, (N25,000,00), at the college cash office
Submission of Pre-qualification/Tender Documents:
Pre-qualification/Tender documents should be enclosed in a separate sealed marked envelope pre-qualification for”………….Name of project” and Tender documents should also be enclosed in another envelope marked”………..Name of Project” The two envelopes should be put in a bigger envelope and address to the Provost FCE (T) Bichi not later than 13th August, 2015.
Closing Date
Eligible Contractors are expected to submit relevant documents on or before 13th August, 2015 and the Pre-qualification/Tender will be publicly opened for processing at 12:00 noon on 13th August, 2015, at the college council chamber. All contractors and the general public are hereby invited to the public opining
NOTE:
The College will analyze the Documents and only Companies who pass the minimum marks will their Tender Documents be further analyze to arrive at the lowest, evaluated responsive bid
