General Procurement Notice for 2015 Capital and Recurrent Projects
The Nigerian Shippers’ Council intends to undertake the procurement of various projects under the 2015 Capital and Recurrent Budgets.
The Council, in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, wishes to put on alert all interested and reputable Contractors/Suppliers/Consultants/Service Providers with relevant experience for consideration for execution of the under listed projects.

|2.||Procurement of Operational/Enforcement/Monitoring/Utility Vehicles|
|3.||Procurement of Generating Sets|
|4.||Procurement of Stationery Items.|
|5.||Procurement of Office Furniture and Fittings.|
|6.||Procurement of Security Equipment.|
|7.||Procurement of Maritime/ Law books and Library|
|8.||Procurement of Vehicle Consumables.|
|9.||Procurement of Office Equipment such as Photocopy Machine, Air conditioners, etc|
|10.||Procurement of Toiletries and Cleaning Materials.|
|11.||Procurement of Photocopier Consumables.|
|12.||Printing of Security and Non-Security Documents|
|13.||Maintenance of Buildings.|
|14.||Maintenance of ICT Equipment.|
|15.||Maintenance of Motor Vehicles.|
|16.||Maintenance of Office Equipment and Furniture.|
|17.||Development of Council’s landed property, (Apapa, Abuja and Warri)|
|19.||Establishment of Border Information Centre.|
|20.||Acquisition of Medical Equipment and drugs.|
|21.||Engineering Design of ramp in lighter terminal|
|22.||Major Repairs on NSC Buildings|
|23.||Consultancy services: Outline Business Case and Transaction Advisory services on Truck Transit Park, Lokoja, Enugu and Kaduna|
|24.||Consultancy services: Outline Business Case and Transaction Advisory services on Inland Dry Port, Ibadan, Funtua, Lolo and Gombe.|
|26.||Restructuring and interior redesign of offices (Lagos and Abuja).|
NOTE: The Procurement will be subjected to Due Process mechanism and open to all eligible bidders. In this Procurement Year, specific procurement notices for these procurements will be placed on the Notice Board of Nigerian Shippers ‘Council, dailies and Federal Tenders Journal depending on their threshold as soon as their relevant solicitation /bidding documents are finalized.
Interested eligible bidders, especially those who wish to participate in the bidding process are advised to lookout for the subsequent advertisements.
Please also note that all the documents on responsive criteria such as Corporate Commission (CAC), Value Added Tax (VAT), Pension Commission (PENCOM) and Tax Certificate may be referred to the Security agents, CAC, Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS), National Pension Commission and other relevant bodies for verification. The Council also reserves the right to invoke the provision of section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 without incurring any liability to the bidder.
