Expression of Interest for the Position of Consultant Architects for The Supervision of Construction of Lecture Theatres
The Governing Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) has approved the construction of lecture theaters in selected tertiary institutions across the country in furtherance of its public interest mandate.
The first five in the pilot scheme will be built in the following institutions:
- Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria
- Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife
- University of Benin (UNIBEN), Benin City
- University of Nigeria (UNN), Nsukka (Enugu Campus) and
- Federal Polytechnic, Birnin Kebbi
The Institute is therefore seeking eligible firms of architects for the supervision of construction of lecture theatres.
- Interested Firms should send their Expression of Interest and enclose all relevant information to prove their capability and experience to supervise the project.
These should include but not limited to the following:
(i) Firm’s profile
(ii) Registration documents of the firm
(iii) Evidence of tax compliance
(iv) Key personnel capabilities with at least five (5) years experience in relevant areas
(v) List of past assignments in construction supervision in the last three years
- Items (i) – (vii) under No. 1 above and a cover letter should be enclosed in an envelope marked “ICAN-LTP’ which must be submitted on or before 9th September 2014 to the address below:
