Nigerian College of Accountancy, the Training arm of ANAN has completed the construction of six (6) blocks of Hostels for its students in residence and is still building more Hostels.

It now requires Expression of Interest (EOI) from facility Management Firms for the efficient running of the facilities.

Requirements for Firms:

• Evidence of minimum’ of five years in management of Hostels or similar facilities.
• Evidence of Registration with CAC
• 3 years audited financial statements
• Profile of the Principal officers
• Profile of Technical officers
• Bank Guarantee

Interested Organizations should submit their bids to the office of Director-General Nigerian College of Accountancy (NCA) Permanent Site, Kwall, Jos accompanied with payment of N100,000 non refundable application fees in bank certified cheques made payable to Association of National Accountants of Nigeria.

The bids in sealed envelopes are to be submitted not later than 14^th October, 2013 and sent addressed to:
