(a) Copy of form with the attachments listed below:

(i) Current statement of Account which must not read less than one million naira, one month ago. 6 month statement of account.

(ii) Evidence of past Jobs with picture of jobs done.

(iii) People to be contacted about your personality. (GSM, letter, Guarantees etc)
