Invitation to Submit Pre-Qualification/Expression of Interest for the Execution of 2015 Projects
(1.0) Introduction
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in pursuance of its statutory role, invites reputable Companies to pre-qualify/ Express Interest for the following Projects.
(2.0) Supply:

(4.0) Pre-Qualification/ Expression of Interest Requirements
Prospective Contractors are required to submit the following documents:
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
(ii) Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) consecutive years (2012, 2013 and 2014) corresponding with declared annual turnover.
(iii) Submission of PENCOM’s Certificate of Compliance
(iv) Evidence of compliance with statutory provision of Section 6, (1) – (3) of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act, 2011.
(v) Audited Accounts of the Company for the last three (3) years (2012, 2013 and 2014).
(vi) Evidence of VAT Registration and past remittances
(vii) Evidence of Financial capability and banking support
(viii) Comprehensive Company Profile, listing key personnel stating their roles, designation, qualifications and years of experience.
(ix) Verifiable evidence of availability of appropriate equipment and technical capability
(x) Any other relevant information.
(xi) Telephone (GSM) Numbers and e-mail of Company’s Representative (s).
This “Notice of intent” is NOT an invitation to bid. Full bidding procedure as contained in the bid documents shall be provided only to successful pre- qualified Companies deemed suitable by the Commission at a prescribed fee.
The deadline for submissions of the pre-qualification documents shall be on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2015 at 12.00 (noon), while the opening of the pre-qualification documents will be immediately after the deadline on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2015 by 12 (noon) at the Commission’s Conference Hall, Maitama – Abuja.
(iii) The deadline for submission of Expression of Interest for Consultancy (3.0) shall be Tuesday, 1st September, 2015 by 12,00 (noon) while the opening shall be immediately after the deadline on Tuesday, 1st September, 2015 by 12 .00 (noon) at the Commission’s Conference Hall, Maitama – Abuja.
(iv) Only successful Companies from the pre-qualification exercise will be invited for Financial bidding.
