Invitation to Tender
1.0 Introduction
The Management of the National Sugar Development Council (NSDC) hereby invites reputable and interested Contractors to tender for the following 2015 Capital Projects being carried out by the Council.
2.0 Scope of Work
Lot 1: Supply and Installation of Transformers at Outgrower fields at Eminpa, Kwara State; Papalanto, Ogun State and Gbagiji, Niger State
Lot 2: The Construction of 7.75 Kilometers Lateritic Access Road to Outgrower Farmers Field at Eminpa, Kwara State.
Lot 3: The Supply of Glasswares and other Equipment for Sugarcane Biofactory
Lot 4: The Supply of SUV Vehicle for NSMP Implementation.
Lot 5: The Supply of Heavy Duty Equipment for Sugarcane Biofactory
Lot 6: The Supply of Utility Vehicle for NSDC Project Monitoring
3.0 General Requirements
Contractors wishing to carry out the above jobs should submit the following:
(i) Registration with C AC.
(ii) Current Tax Clearance and VAT Certificate for the last 3 years.
(iii) Evidence of Previous Experience on the job to be bidded for.
(iv) Evidence of Registration with COREN, CORBON, ARCON etc (for Construction Companies/ where is applicable).
(v) Evidence of Registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
(vi) Evidence of compliance with Provisions of the Pensions Reform Act, 2004.
(vii) Evidence of compliance with Provisions of the ITF Act, 2011.
(viii) Tender should also indicate specific period for the completion of the jobs.
(ix) The quotation should be inclusive of all taxes.
4.0 Tender Instructions
Interested Contractors should collect Bid Documents from the Procurement Department of the National Sugar Development Council, after payment of a non-refundable fee of N 25,000 (Twenty- Five Thousand Naira only) per Lot.
5.0 Submission of Bid Documents
The completed Tender Documents with a copy of the receipt of Tender Fee shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked
Lot 1: Supply and Installation of Transformers at Outgrower fields at Eminpa, Kwara State; Papalanto, Ogun State and Gbagiji, Niger State;

Deadline for the submission of completed tender documents is Monday 21st September, 2015 by 12 noon
While the bids will be opened immediately by 1.00 p.m at NSDC Conference Room. Any tender received after this date will not be entertained, NSDC is not bound to accept any tender and would not enter into correspondence with any contractor
