Introduction
The Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT), Zaria, a Federal Government Parastatal under the Supervision of Federal Ministry of Transport with Headquarters at Zaria, Kaduna State invites reputable and qualified consultants with relevant experience to pre-qualify for consultancy of the following.-
SCOPE
Lot B. – Consultancy Services for Architectural/ Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Quantity Surveying Services for a New Office Building for Two Newly Created Departments.
Pre-Qualification Requirement
Consultants interested in Tendering for these services are hereby requested to apply for pre-qualification. The application should contain the following
Information/documents
i) Evidence of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
ii) Tax Clearance Certificate for the Preceding three (3) years
iii) Evidence of VAT Registration
iv) Evidence of Registration with National Pension Commission
v) Evidence of Compliance with the Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act 2011.
vi) Comprehensive Company Profile, showing availability of qualified and experience Staff,
vii) Evidence of Similar Consultancies Successfully Executed
viii) Evidence of last three (3) Successive years Audited Account (2011,2012 & 2013)
Submission
Completed Pre-qualification and Financial Proposal should be signed, sealed and marked accordingly to indicate Pre-Qualification and Financial Bid with Lot No, Company Name and Addressed to:

Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology Basawa Road, Zaria.
The documents must be submitted not later than 2pm on 4th August, 2014 in the Tender Box placed in the DG/CE’s office. All tenders shall be opened at 2pm on 4th August, 2014 in the DG/CE’s Conference Room.
