The Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board hereby invites registered, experienced and reputable Contractors to tender for the under listed jobs.
2. Job Description
Lot-I Construction of a block of three (3) classrooms at the School for mentally retarded, Oke – Igbo
Lot-II Construction of a staff quarter at the School for visually impaired, Owo.
3. Requirements for Tendering
Interested bidders must submit along with their tenders the following documents:
(i) Evidence of registration of Company with cooperate affairs Commission
(ii) Registration with Ondo State Ministry of works for 2013
(iii) 3years Tax clearance certificate (2010, 2011 & 2012). Federal Tax clearance for limited liability companies.
(iv) Evidence of payment of 3 years current Ondo State Development levy
(2011, 2012 & 2013)
(v) Evidence of previous jobs executed and Company profile.
(vi) Original receipt of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N20,000.00 for each lot.
4. Please obtain contract details from the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Planning, research and statistics Department, Oke – Eda, Akure after showing evidence of payment of tender fees of twenty thousand naira only (N20,000.00)
5. All tender documents should be submitted in sealed, waxed envelope marked UBEC/SUBEB SP 2010 and also indicate the lot no on the left top corner of the envelope Address to:

6. Submission Date
All tenders must be submitted on or before 1st January, 2014. Please note that the violation of any of the above conditions may render the tender invalid and Government is not bound to accept the lowest bid or give reason for rejecting any tender. Opening of bids will take place at the STB Secretariat at a date to be communicated to the Contractors.
