Request for Expression of Interest as Consultants
The Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil, Kano State wishes to request for expression of Interest from qualified, Interested and competent Consultants for the TETFund Special /normal/need assessment Projects in the areas of Architecture, Quantity Survey, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
Interested consultants are required to provide the following;
- Evidence of Registration with the Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Tax Clearance certificate for the last three years (2011, 2012 and 2013).
- Value Added Tax registration and evidence of payment for the last three years.
- Company audited financial statement for three years (2011, 2012 and 2013).
- Detailed Company Profile.
- PENCOM compliance certificate.
- Industrial Training Fund compliance certificate.
- Record of past projects over the last three years with verifiable addresses.
- Evidence of registration of staff with professional body.
- Certificate of practice from relevant professional body.
- Certificate of registration with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria
- Evidence of Financial capability
- Sworn affidavit indicating that all documents submitted are genuine and verifiable
- Any other information
Submission of Documents:
The application for Expression of Interest as Consultants must be submitted in sealed envelopes and boldly marked “APPLICATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AS CONSULTANTS” and should be addressed as follows:

Eligible Consultants are expected to submit the relevant documents on or before 25th June, 2014 and the Expression of Interest documents shall be publicly opened for processing at 10:00am on 25th June, 2014 at the Council Chamber, Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil, Kano State. Only qualified companies will be shortlisted for further consideration.

The request for Expression of Interest shall not be construed to be a commitment on the part of Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil, Kano State nor shall it entitle any consultants to make any claim whatsoever and or seek any indemnity from the University by virtue of such company having responded to the advert.
The University will only recognize correspondence with authorized officers of the applying Consultant and NOT through any individuals or agents acting on their behalf.
The University is not under any obligation to include your company on its list of consultants.
