Invitation to Pre-Qualification of Consultants for Years 2013/2014 Merged Tetfund Normal Intervention Projects
(A) Preamble
Nasarawa State University, Keffi is desirous of engaging the services of Consultants in the underlisted fields for projects under Years 2013/2014 Merged TETFund Normal Intervention Projects. Interested consulting firms with relevant cognate experience and good track record of performance are hereby invited to submit pre-qualification documents.

(B) Pre-Qualification Criteria
The pre-qualification documents should include and (must) be arranged in the following order and page numbered.
(i) Compulsory and Mandatory Criteria:
(a) Evidence of Incorporation/registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) Evidence of current tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years (2011-2013).
(c) VAT registration certificate and evidence of remittances in the last three (3) years (2011 -2013) to be attached.
(d) Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years (2011 – 2013) certified by a Chartered Account/Auditor.
(e) Evidence of compliance with the provision of the Industrial Training Fund contribution.
(ii) Other Criteria
(a) Evidence of registration of firm with appropriate professional bodies and current practice license of the firm and principal partners.
(b) Comprehensive company profile giving details of technical and administrative staff with evidence of their qualifications.
(c) List of projects supervised within the last five (5) years, including letters of commission, cost and evidence of completion.
(d) Reference to three (3) major projects giving names, addresses and telephone numbers of contact persons from the clients.
(e) Evidence of corporate social responsibility.
(C) Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
Pre-qualification documents bounded in wax-sealed envelope with the relevant field the firm is interested in clearly written at the top right hand corner and addressed to:

Not later than 18th December, 2014.
(D) Opening of Pre-Qualification Documents
(a) The pre-qualification bid are to be opened during a public opening ceremony on the deadline for this advert at 12:00 noon at the Senate Chamber of Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
(b) All prospective contractors are invited to the public opening ceremony and also advised to bring along relevant original documents for sighting.

(c) Due diligence would be followed as all documents submitted would be verified. Past executed services, consultants’ offices may be visited for verification. Any discrepancies found would summarily disqualify the Consultant.
