Invitation to Pre-Qualification as Contractors and Suppliers

Introduction:

The Niger Garden City Property Company Limited, is a project development and management company with extensive network that includes some of the world’s best fund managers and development experts.

The Niger Garden City Property Company Limited in a Public/Private Partnership Arrangement with National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA) desires to develop a modern city with first rate infrastructure comparable to any in the world.

The Niger Garden City offers a new environment of highest standards conforming to global “Green” best practices which comprises of various housing types and commercial units of high aesthetic value built with bespoke quality.

The Niger Garden City is desirous to develop the following on a parcel of land measuring about 2000 hectares.

(1)       Thirty Five Thousand (35,000) different Residential Housing units

(2)       Water/Theme/Amusement Parks, Hotels, Shopping Malls e.t.c. Applications are hereby invited from reputable and interested Contractors and Suppliers with relevant experience and good track records for pre-qualification for the under listed works.

Projects scope and descriptions:

• Building works
• Civil works
• Electrical works
• Mechanical Works
• Landscaping
• Horticulture
• Supply of Building Materials
• Supply of project Vehicles and Equipment

Pre-Pre Qualification Criteria

(1)       Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission

(2)       Tax Clearance and VAT Certificates for the last three years.

(3)       Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years

(4)       Detailed Company Profile.

(5)       Resume of key professional staff to be involved in the project with evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies.

(6)       Evidence of experience with similar jobs executed in the last five years

(7)       A sworn affidavit that no Board member of the Niger Garden City property Company Ltd, has vested interest in the company.

(8)     A sworn affidavit that none of the Directors has been convicted in any country for any criminal offence.

Collection of Application Form

Contractors and Suppliers should note that they will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira only) for the collection of the forms.

Application forms are available for collection at under listed accredited firms.

Closing date for the submission of the pre-qualification forms is 3^rd August 2015.

Please note that this pre-qualification is not an invitation to the financial tender as only those who are successful during the pre­qualification will be invited to the financial tender.
