Request for Quotations (RFQs) for the Supply and Installation of ICT Hardware and Software
The BPE wishes to upgrade and expand its Information and Communication Technology infrastructure, and accordingly requires the services of ICT firms who are experts in the Supply and Installation the following hardware and software components:
LOT 1 – Desktop and Notebook PCs
LOT 2- Voltage Stabilizers & UPS
LOT 3 – Software: Microsoft, VMW are & Red Hat Linux
The firms required for this assignment must have specialist knowledge in ICT hardware and software supply and installation. All firms responding to the RFQs must have at least three (3) years of relevant experience in similar projects in developing countries. Experience in Nigeria would be an advantage.
Submission Quotations
Quotes from prospective firms should specify the following information as basis for pre-qualification:
- Lot(s) to bid for
- Profile of the Firm including ownership structure;
- Capability Profile
- Evidence of registration with CAC
- Evidence of registration with BPE
- Evidence of track records in a similar industry
- Names and Curriculum Vitae of Firm’s top executives and engineers who will be assigned to the service(s) being applied for, including qualification and individual experience in handling similar assignments elsewhere; Quotations must be submitted in respective LOTs in six (6) hard copies with an electronic copy (CD) in a sealed envelope clearly indicating the LOT number i.e. “LOT xx – QUOTATIONS for ICT Supply and Installation”

The Quotations should be delivered not later than 5.00 pm on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 in Room 008 at the address shown below:
