She presently has 4 projects being implemented across the geopolitical zone in Nigeria with funding from various donors and located at House 3/5, No. 16, P.O.W. Mafemi Crescent, off Solomon Lar Way, Utako, Abuja.

Through this announcement, Pact extends Its invitation to indigenous Organisations who are interested in supplying any of the listed equipment’s and vehicles as listed below.
Scope of Work:
LOT 1: SUPPLY OF 2 UNITS OF PICK UP VAN
LOT 2: SUPPLY OF 1 UNIT OF AUXILLARY VEHIICLE
LOT 3: SUPPLY OF 2 UNITS OF20KVA DIESEL ENGINE SOUND PROOF GENERATOR SET;
LOT 4: SUPPLY OF 1 UNITS OF 60KVA DIESEL ENGINE SOUND PROOF GENERATOR SET;

4 WD, Double cabin Pick-up Van (Shell Spec), 2.7V V-Ti, 5 speed transmission, Auxiliary gear, Padded body, Factory fitted Air-conditioning, DVD car stereo, Left hand drive full option.
Lot 2:
5 Door, 7 Seater, 4.0 petrol engine IHZ, 4164cc, 5 speed dual range automatic gearbox, LHD, BHP: 129, KVV-96, Heavy duty cooling (water), electric 12 volts, full air-conditioning, Power steering, High altitude compensator, Seat belts for all seats, 1 x 150L fuel tank, Side steps, Lockable spare wheel, On/off road steel radial tires with inner tubes, mounted on 17″ split ring rims, Radio cassette-To player, Front freewheel hubs permanently locked and Hi-lift jack.
Eligibility:
This opportunity is open to only businesses that:
a. Are duly registered in Nigeria by Corporate Affairs Commission
b. Have evidence of 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Have a demonstrated commitment to assembling, supply and maintenance
d. Have a history of working with international organization
Selection Criteria and Process:
The selection process will conform to the Pact procurement Integrity Standards of Transparency and Fairness. Submitted RFQs will scored based on:
- Overall responsiveness of the quote
- Conformation to product specifications
- Total price
- Timeliness of delivery
- Warranty provision
Guidelines for Submission:
All organizations responding to this announcement are required to conform to the following guidelines:
1. Submit an electronic copy of their RFQ to PACT. The RFQ must include:
a. The organization’s Company profile
b. Response to each of the above eligibility criteria
c. State cost associated to each LOT for
d. Bidders banking in formation
2. The RFQ must conform to the following format:
f. Not more than 4 pages of A4 size sheet
e. Typed in Times New Roman font size 12
f. Microsoft Word 2007 format
g. Name and address of the responding organization, details of the contact person including email and phones number must appear as a header on all pages.
All section headers must be in boldly typed.
