New and/or rehabilitation/upgrading/expansion water supply works including boreholes, pumping and treatment facilities, ground and elevated storage, distribution network, collective and individual delivery facilities, connections to public power network and/or standalone power generators (diesel and/or solar), including their supply with all relevant fittings and accessories. “As-Built Drawings” and Operation and Maintenance manuals and training adequate for community level management of the schemes.
