Federal Government Girls’ College, Jalingo Taraba State invites interested and credible contractors to apply for pre-qualification for various projects of the college for 2013 fiscal year.
Description /Scope:
The Scope of work includes:
1. Renovation of dilapidated Basic Technology Laboratory/Workshop
2. Renovation of 1 Block of Biology Laboratory
3. Renovation of Agricultural Science Laboratory
4. Renovation of 1 Block of two classrooms
Pre-qualification criteria:
All prospective contractors are expected to submit their company corporate profile containing the following:
(a) Certificate of Incorporation
(b) Tax certificate for the last three years and VAT Registration Certificate
(c) Evidence of experience in similar jobs within the last three (3) years with detailed description of job
(d) Evidence of financial capability
(e) Evidence of registration with the college
Submission
Pre-qualification documents must be in sealed envelopes marked Confidential ‘Pre-Qualification for Federal Government Girls’ College, Jalingo 2013 Year Capital Projects’ and the letter of interest clearly printed top left corner of the envelope and submitted 15th November, 2013 latest by 12 noon.
NB: Submission of the Pre-qualification documents is not a guarantee of award of contract. Only pre-qualified companies shall be invited in writing or through publication.
