Invitation to Tender
The Code of Conduct Bureau hereby invites Interested and suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following CCB Capital Projects for year 2014.

3. Requirement for Tendering
The Bidders should accompany their proposals with the following documents:
- Evidence of registration of the Company with the Corporate Affairs Commission
- Company’s profile indicating details of key staff.
- Evidence of similar jobs executed in the last four (4) years.
- Evidence of registration with relevant professional body or institution.
- Evidence of financial capacity and possible bank support.
- Evidence of pension registration/remittances.
- Evidence of registration and remittance to Industrial Training Fund (ITF) in compliance with the provision of Employees Compensation Act.
- Company’s audited account for the last three (3) years.
- Evidence of registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC).
- Evidence of VAT and TIN Registration and remittances.
- Tax Clearance Certificate valid up to 31st December, 2013.
- A sworn affidavit indicating that no staff or member/staff of the CCB has any pecuniary interest in the company submitting bids.
- A sworn affidavit to indicate that the Company is not in receivership and none of its directors was ever convicted of fraudulent activity.
4.0 Collection and Submission Of Tender
Tender Bidding documents with detail speculation can be collected from the Office of the Secretary, MTB upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fees of N50,000.00. Completed
Tender Document should be submitted in sealed envelope marked “Tender for……………(Indicate the specified project and Lot No. of interest)”. Addressed to the “Chairman, Code of Conduct Bureau, Abuja” and deposited into the tender box at the Office of the Secretary, CCB on or before 29th July, 20154
5.0 Opening of Tender
The tender will be opened on Wednesday 30th July, 2014 at 11.00 am. at the CCB Conference Room. All bidders or their representatives, professional bodies, NGOs and interested stakeholders are invited to witness the bid opening.
Please Note:
- Late submission will be rejected.
- False claims are failure to meet specific requirements listed in 3.0 above automatically leads to disqualification.
- The Bureau is not bound to consider a specific tender and shall not engage in any unnecessary correspondence on the matter.
