Invitation for Pre-Qualification of in the IT Industry
Introduction:
The Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) invites Consultants in the IT industry that have vendor licence or Certified or both with:
I. Microsoft
II. NEC
III. SISCO
IV. IBM
V. HP
VI. HUAWEI
VII. and such similar Brands
To submit proposal and documentation based on the above listed qualification for prequalification to negotiate on behalf of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission acquisition of:
- EDMS
- HR Software
- Financial/Accounting Software
- Access Control
- Intelligent OSIC Applications
- Overhaul of NIPC website, etc
2. Pre-Qualification Requirements:
Interested Bidders are to submit the following documents. (Please note that originals may be required for sighting on request by NIPC):
a. Certificate of Incorporation
b. Tax Clearance Certificate
c. VAT Registration Certificate
d. Evidence of vendor licence or Certification with any of the listed Brands
e. Evidence of Execution of similar job/job completion certificate
f. Evidence of compliance with Pension Act 2004
g. Evidence of Compliance with ITF Act
h. Evidence of Compliance with NHIS Act
i. Evidence of Compliance with NSITF Act
j. Registration with NSE, COREN if Engineering or Engineers will be involved
3. Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents:
Pre-qualification documents shall be submitted in sealed envelopes in three (3) hard copies. The envelopes must be properly labeled “Prequalification of Consultants in IT Industry”

Submissions will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their accredited representatives on the same day at 12 noon for the purpose of recording contents of each submission transparently in the Conference Room of the NIPC. Every prequalifying Company must be physically represented.
