Invitation for Pre-Qualification
1.0 Introduction
1.1 Ecological Fund Office is under the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, located at Three-Arms Zone, Shehu Shagari Complex, Abuja. The Office intends to execute the under listed projects. In this regard, the Office invites competent, qualified and well-structured companies with proven capability in the construction industry to submit Pre-qualification Documents for the projects listed in the table below:

2. Eligibility for Pre-Qualification
To qualify for consideration, interested Companies are required to supply the
under-listed information/documents:
i. Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
ii. Current Tax Clearance Certificate.
iii. Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittances.
iv. Evidence of Registration and remittance of employees Contributory Pension Scheme.
v. Evidence of compliance with the provision of the Industrial Training Fund (Amendment) Act, 2011.
vi. Last 3 years Audited Financial Report.
vii. Evidence of similar jobs done in the recent past.
viii. Details of Company profile, Partnerships, Organogram and Curriculum
Vitae of key personnel that will be deployed to the project.
ix. Evidence that no Director of the Company has been convicted for criminal offences related to fraudulent or corruptive practices, or criminal
mispresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter.
3. Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
The pre-qualification documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Pre-qualification” stating the Lot Number and the Project Title. The document shall be addressed to, “The Secretary, Tenders Board, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF)”, and should be submitted on or before 11 am, Friday, 18th October, 2013. Opening of documents commence immediately after closing at 11.00 am on the same day in the Conference Room of the OSGF, Ground Floor, Shehu Shagari Complex, Three-Arms Zone, Abuja. Bidders or their representatives and interested members of the Public and Civil Society Organizations are encouraged to attend the bid opening session.
4. General Information
i. This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) nor shall it entitle responding Companies to seek any indemnity from the Office by virtue of such Companies having responded to advertisement.
ii. The Office is not bound to patronize any bidder and reserves the right to annul the selection process when unforeseen and justifiable developments warrant such action, without incurring any liability and assigning any reasons thereof.
iii. All claims made by applicants may be verified and any Company whose
claims are found to be false shall be disqualified.
iv. Only pre-qualified bidders will be invited to submit tenders for the respective projects after payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00).
