Invitation for Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services on Tetfund Normal and Special Intervention Projects
The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi wishes to engage the services of consultants in the following fields for its TETFUND normal and special (Tender Analysis and Supervision only) interventions Projects; Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Geo-Technical
Engineering and Surveying
Interested, competent, consulting firms with relevant cognate experience are hereby invited to express interest by submitting pre-qualification documents arranged and numbered in this order;
- Evidence of incorporation /registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Company Tax Certificate for year 2011,2012, and 2013
- Evidence of registration with National Pension Commission PENCOM and remittance of employees contribution
- Evidence of Registration with ITF and evidence of remittance
- Evidence of Registration with relevant statutory regulating body ARGON, QSRBN, COREN etc
- Detailed Company profile indicating full location address and contact numbers Curriculum Vitae of key staff with academic and professional certificates ,list of relevant equipment, list of verifiable and completed executed /on-going projects within the last five years with evidence and a written attestation to the availability of listed staff and equipment to execute the work in that order
- VAT registration and evidence of remittance
- Company Audited Account for year 2011,2012, and 2013
- Evidence of Financial capability and letter of reference from reputable Bank
- Sworn affidavit that none of the Directors of the firm has been convicted in any country for any criminal offences relating to fraud or financial impropriety
- sworn Affidavit on whether any officer of the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the Company
- Evidence of Community Social Responsibility if available
Submission and opening of documents
Pre-qualification documents in wax sealed envelope with the respective service written at the top right corner should be addressed and submitted to the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, Bauchi at 25, the Central Administration Building not later 12 noon 30th June 2014
Pre-Qualification bids will be opened on 30th June 2014 at the council chamber of the institution at 12; 15, All interested consultants and other stakeholders are invited to attend the opening
