1.0 Introduction
1.1 The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in pursuance of its statutory functions intends to deploy voter education and publicity strategies that would further sustain its image as well as publicize the 2015 general Elections and other ancillary activities. In the light of the above, the Commission invites reputable Consultancy firms to indicate interest for the following projects.

2.0 Scope of Work Lots 1-6
I Organize and facilitate Workshops, Seminars, Stakeholders For a, and Outreach Activities

3.0 General Technical Requirement
Interested Consultancy Firms are required to submit the following documents:-
(i) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii) 3 Years Tax Clearance Certificate (2010, 2011 and 2012) corresponding with declared Turn-over for the period.
(iii) Submission of PENCOM’s Certificate of compliance, confirming company’s fulfillment of its statutory obligations to the employees, with respect to pensions.
(iv) Evidence of 1% ITF Training contribution.
(v) VAT registration and past remittance.
(vi) Last three(3) years Company’s Audited Account (2010, 2011 and 2012).
(vii) Evidence of financial capability and banking support, including annual turn-over.
(viii) A detail company profile showing list of professional staff, Qualifications and experiences.
(ix) Evidence of technical capability and experience with similar jobs executed in the past years.
(x) Telephone (GSM) number(s) of Consultancy firm’s representatives(s).
(xi) Any other relevant information
4.0 General Information
1. The deadline for submission of the pre-qualification documents shall be Tuesday, 20th May, 2014 at 10.00 a.m. All documents submitted will be opened immediately after the deadline on Tuesday, 20th May, 2014 at 10.00 a.m. at the Commission’s Conference Hall, Maitama Abuja.
2. Only firms that are successful from the pre-qualification exercise will be contacted and invited for financial bidding exercises.

5.0 Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
