Advertisement for Cleaning and Security Services
Applications are invited from reputable vendors for the cleaning of the premises of the Federal College of Agriculture, Akure and also for reputable Security outfits for the Security of the College.
Successful cleaner(s) or cleaning vendor(s) will be required to provide:
(a) General Cleaning Services of the College premises which include, offices, lecture halls/classrooms, laboratories, hostels etc. Successful security outfit(s) will be required to provide:
(b) Security service to the College main gates, hostels, staff quarters. Interested cleaning vendors and security outfits should apply in writing and attach the following:
(a) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Abuja.
(b) Evidence of Registration with the Federal College of Agriculture, Akure,
(c) Evidence of Cognate experience with reputable corporate organizations especially institutions of higher learning, letters of award must be enclosed.
(d) Profile of Personnel (Professional/technical) of the company.
(e) List of equipment owned by that company (enclose receipts of purchase and or any other evidence),
(f) Attestation from banks
(g) Evidence of remittance of employer and employees’ contributions to employees’ PFA (Certificate of Pension Compliance).
(h) Evidence of payment of Training Contribution of employees to the Industrial Training Fund.
(i) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for three years.
(j) VAT registration evidence of past VAT remittance
