 Addendum to the Publication for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Engagement of Technical Auditor for System Operation (SO) and Market Operation (MO) Division of the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) in the Guardian Newspaper (Page 42), Federal Tenders Journal (Page 15) and Punch Newspaper (Page 40) of July 13^th & 14^th 2015 Respectively.

This Addendum is made as Follows:

(a)     Company’s Audited Account for the last three (3) years (2012, 2013 and 2014)

(b)     Evidence of Compliance Certificate in line with the provisions of Sections 6(1) (3) of the amended Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act No. 19 of 2011.

(c)      Evidence of Registration on the Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by inclusion of the Interim Registration Report (IRR) issued by BPP in line with the provision of Section 5(h) of the PPA, 2007.

(d)     The EOI deadline for submission is now Wednesday, August 05, 2015 on or before 2:00pm and must be dropped into tenders box located in the Commission’s Secretariat at room 203 second floor. The EOI will be open immediately after the submission deadline at the Commission’s hearing room 119 located on the first floor.
