Request for Expression of Interest for Construction & Office Interior Fit out Services for the World Bank Group in Freetown, Sierra Leone

The World Bank Group requests for Expression of Interest (REI) from General Contractors for construction of new office building for its operations in Freetown Sierra Leone.
The scope of work will include, but not limited to, total construction is approximately 1,400 square meter complete Reinforced Concrete Cement building structure of over 3 office floors, a guard house, garden storage structure, generators structure, roads and outdoor parking structures etc. The works will include partitions, carpentry and paneling, dropped ceilings, flooring, wood-work, aluminum, glazing, walls and floors tiling, stone works, reception, lobby, office rooms, meeting and conference rooms, toilets, showers, kitchenettes, kitchen, cafeteria, utilities with low & high side electrical and high voltage transformers, as well tap water systems, plumbing, sanitation works, HVAC, 3 level hydraulic lift, voice and data cable communication systems, fire and life safety and security systems, CCTV, access control, lightning systems. It will also involve selective demolition.
The World Bank encourages participation from local firms. This is a LEED certification project.
