Re-Invitation for Pre-qualification and Tender Exercise of Contractors/Suppliers for Year 2013 Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) Needs Assessment of CNANU Special Intervention, Batch 1

This is to provide an adjustment to the requirements in our earlier advertisement on the above subject natter published on page xiii of The Guardian newspaper of Wednesday, December 4, 2013 and page 17 of The Nation newspaper of Wednesday, December 4, 2013:

(i)                That item a(i) “Evidence of registration with Ekiti State University, Ado – Ekiti” and item b(v) “Evidence of presence of the Company in Ekiti” are no longer part of the requirements,

(ii)             That “Evidence of payment of Value Added Tax” under b(ii) of other requirements is now one of the Compulsory and Mandatory requirements (responsive criteria) including the remittances.

All other requirements in the said advertisement and date of tender opening are still valid
