- Requirements
(i.) Evidence of registration with Enugu State Ministry of Work and Infrastructure
(ii.) Evidence of registration Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(iii.) Evidence of Tax clearance for the last three (3) years 2012 – 2014
(iv.) Evidence of existence of a carpenter workshop registered in the name of applicant
(v.) Evidence of possession of a substantial proportion of equipment required to successfully execute the contract (where applicable) state location of the plant and equipment for ease of verification
(vi.) Bank statement of account for the last three months
(vii.) Stating client, location; Letters of award, cost with completion certificate and photographs attached
(viii.) You must provide your Warranty Statement and Duration of your Warranty (the length of your duration, gives you a better chance),
(ix.) A sworn affidavit indicating that all documents submitted are genuine and verifiable
(x.) Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender processing fee of N30, 000.00 (Thirty Thousand Naira Only)
- Submission of Tender Documents & sample Furniture
Interested contractors are required to prepare and submit two Bids in two sealed envelopes (Technical & Financial). In addition, build one sample furniture in each category you are bidding for (build using the specification above)
(i.) Submit both Financial & Technical documents in One (1) hard copy each and one (1) soft copy each in two sealed envelopes; Clearly write at the top right corner of the envelope; Title of the project you are interested and Indicate Financial or Technical
(ii.) Address each envelope to the;
Executive Chairman,
Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (EN5UBEB),
Upper Presidential Road, Independence layout, Enugu State.
(iii.) Original Documents should be available for sighting on demand during and after opening of pre-qualification documents
- Deadline for Submission
The Pre-qualification documents should be submitted and dropped in a marked box at the office of the Executive Chairman on or before end of business day June 1st, 2015.
Please Note
(i.) Tendering should be by competitive method
(ii.) Bidders may bid for more than one project
(iii.) Submission of inferior sample will result in immediate disqualification
(iv.) All costs incurred by bidders as a response to invitation and subsequent requests shall be borne by the respective contractors/companies
(v.) The Board is not under any obligation to award contract to the bidder who did not meet the requirements
