Invitation to Tender for 2014 Capital Projects
Introduction
Federal Science and Technical College, Kafanchan, Kaduna State intends to carry out procurement of works and services under 2014 Budget Appropriation in compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement ACT, 2007.
Projects:
Lot 1: Purchase of Office Furniture and Fittings
Lot 2: Purchase of Computers
Lot 3: Purchase of Power Generating Sets
Lot 4: Purchase of Canteen/Kitchen Equipments for Hotel and Catering Management Department.
Lot 5: Purchase of Teaching/Learning Equipments
Lot 6: Purchase of Agricultural Equipments
Lot 7: Purchase of Security Equipments
Lot 8: Purchase of Industrial Equipments for Welding and Fabrication Workshop
Lot 9: Purchase of Recreational Facilities
Lot 10: Construction/Provision of Residential Buildings
Lot 11: Construction/Provision of Housing
Lot 12: Rehabilitation/Repairs-Electricity
Lot 13: Rehabilitation/Repairs-Water Facilities
Lot 14: Research
1. All Tenders must be accompanied with the following documents:
a) Evidence of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission
b) Evidence of Professional and Technical Qualifications of Key Staff for the Project.
c) Evidence of previous similar jobs executed with Award Letters and Completion Certificates.
d) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years.
e) Evidence of PENCOM Registration/Compliance (Certificate)
f) Evidence of VAT Registration (Certificate)
g) Evidence of Financial capability and Banking Support.
h) Evidence of Registration with Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
i) Sworn Affidavit to indicate that the Company is not in receivership, insolvent or bankrupt and none of its Directors was ever convicted of fraudulent activity or a staff of FME/FSTC Kafanchan.
Note:
i. Each Tender will pay a non-refundable deposit of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only in Bank Draft, payable to the Principal, FSTC, Kafanchan at the Bursary Department.
ii. All technical and financial bids should be marked in different envelopes and enclosed in another separate envelope and addressed to: The Secretary, Tender Board, Federal Science and Technical College, Kafanchan, Kaduna State.
iii. Tender Board will not be bound to accept the lowest of the tenders.
iv. Each LOT shall be bidded for separately.
v. Tender Documents are available in the College.
vi. Observers are welcome to the bid opening venue.
Closing Date:
The tender documents should be deposited in the Box at the Principal’s office not later than 10: am, Friday 30th May 2014. Opening of bids 11: am same day.
