Invitation to Tender for 2012/2013 Tetfund Normal
Intervention/Presidential Intervention Project
With reference to our invitation for Prequalification of contractors dated 24th December 2013 and 20th January, 2014. We hereby notify prequalified contractors to participate in the financial Bid of the contracts.
LOT I: Construction and furnishing of Faculty of Science Phase I
LOT I: Construction and furnishing of Faculty of Science Phase II
LOT II: Construction and furnishing of Faculty of Science Phase III
Prequalified bidders are therefore requested to obtain Bid documents in the University, from office of the Director Physical Planning Bauchi State University Gadau after the payment of a non refundable fee of One hundred thousand naira (N100.000.00) only, for LOT I Phase 1 and LOT II Phase III, respectively and the sum of Fifty thousand naira (N50,000.00) for LOT I Phase II. The sale of Bid documents will commence on Wednesday 19th February, 2014.
Submission of Tender Documents/Requirements
Submission of tender documents must be in sealed envelopes indicating the LOT: bided for at the top left hand corner of the envelope. Company name should be written at the back of the envelope and clearly marked Do Not Open until 12:00 pm at the other end of the envelope and addressed to the:-
Vice-Chancellor, Bauchi State University, PMB 65, Gadau
Closing Date:
Submission of documents shall be on or before 2nd April, 2014 and bid documents will be opened at 12:00 noon on 2nd April, 2014 at the University Conference room, Gadau.
Note:
The invitation to tender shall not be construed to be commitment on the part of Bauchi State University Gadau nor shall it entitle any company to make any claim what so ever and or seek any indemnity from the University by virtue of such company having responded to the advertisement. It should also be noted that the processor is not bound to consider the lowest bidder.
