2. Furnishing of Lecture Halls and Offices for School of Arts and Social Sciences.
3. Construction of Lecture Halls, Laboratories and Offices for School of Vocational Education.
4. Furnishing of Lecture Halls, Laboratories and Offices for School of Vocational Education.

Pre-Qual1fication Requirements

1. Copy of Certificate of Registration of Company with the Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Evidence of Registration as Contractor (Certificate of Incorporation) with Lagos State Government
3. Evidence of Registration with Michael Otedola College of Primary Education.
4. Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years
5. Copy of VAT Certificate or Registration showing TIN Number
6. Evidence of Company’s Financial standing/Bank Reference.
7. Evidence of Execution and Completion of similar job in the last three years (3)
8. Detailed Company’s profile with the list of Company’s technical staff and experience with supporting documents.
9. Possession of satisfactory Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manuals.
10. Any other relevant information.

Please note that:

1. Interested bidders should pay a Non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000.00) only. The amount should be paid into MOCPED Revenue Account No. 1011584530 of Zenith Bank.
2. MOCPED reserve the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and to terminate the selection process at any time without any liability whatsoever.
3. All submission for the project shall be in Ten (10) copies spiral bounded and enclosed in sealed envelope and marked “Invitation to Tender” and addressed to:

Completed Prequalification documents must be submitted on or before 3.00 p.m. on 21^st January, 2014.

Any document submitted after this date will be rejected. Prequalification documents will be publicly opened by 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday 22^nd January, 2014.
