Invitation to Prequalification and Tender for 2014 MDGs and Capital Projects
Federal Government Girls’ College, Gusau, Zamfara State hereby calls for prequalification and tender from interested contractors for 2014 MDGs and Capital projects as stated below:
MDGs Projects.
Lot I: Construction of VIP toilets and Bathrooms in classrooms and hostels areas.
Lot II: Provision of Modern Kitchen and Renovation/Completion of Dining Halls.
Lot III: Solar Powered Borehole and Reticulation of Water.
2. Capital Projects
Lot A: Construction/Renovation of Multipurpose Hall.
Lot B: Construction of Industrial Borehole and reticulation.
Lot C: Rehabilitation/Repairs of 8 Block of Vocational Centre.
Lot D: Rehabilitation/Repairs of Administrative Block.
Pre Qualification Requirements
Interested contractors who possess the following requirements are invited only.
(i) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Evidence from the companies’ Bankers as to their financial capacity to undertake the project
(iii) Evidence of Tax clearance Certificate for the last three years (2011 – 2013)
(iv) Evidence of VAT registration
(v) Evidence of National Pension Commission Compliance
(vi) Evidence of qualified technical and professional staff
(vii) Evidence of similar jobs previously undertaken
(viii) Evidence of ITF Compliance
Tender
Consequently Pre-qualification contractors are to tender for the job itemized above. Tender document are available at a non-refundable fee often thousand naira only (10,000.00). All payments should be made into the Federal Government Girls’ College, Gusau Account No. 0000689425 at Unity Bank. Tender document are to be collected in the College.
Submission of Complete Pre-Qualification Documents
The completed pre-qualification documents must be submitted in separate and sealed envelopes with the name(s) of the project(s) for which documents are submitted, marked clearly on the envelopes. Evidence of payment must be attached. Prequalification documents should be addressed and submitted to:

Closing Date of Receipt of Pre-Qualification Documents
Receipt of Pre-qualification shall close on Wednesday 26th August, 2014 in the College, Conference Hall, at 12:30pm Bidders or their representatives are invited to be present at the opening.
