Public Tender Notice
The above Area Council hereby invites reputable, competent and registered contractors and suppliers with the capacity and experience for timely delivery of projects/jobs for technical and financial bids for the following:
(1) Complete Overhaul of Electrical Wiring of Council Legislative Block, Repairs/Maintenance of Electrical Network within the Council Main Building and Additional Office Block as well as Extension of Electricity to the New Office Block for Land Administration and Other Agencies.
(2) Supply of 1N0 Brand New Toyota Hilux- 2.7L Petrol Engine (2013 Model) – Full Option with Factory-fitted A/C; 4×4 Drive with Auxiliary Gear
(3) Supply of 14N0 Toyota Camry Salon Car (2003/2004) Model -Auto SE
(4) Construction of Fence and Securitcy Gate at Council Youth Development and Skill Acquisition Centre, Bwari
Pre-Qualification
Requirements:
(i) Evidence of Registration with the CAC
(ii) Evidence of Registration with BAC
(iii) Up-to-date Tax Clearance
(iv) Evidence of VAT Registration
(v) Details of Company Profile containing the organizational chart and names,resume and telephone numbers of key personnel.
(vi) Evidence of Similar Jobs Executed
(vii) Evidence of compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004 (as amended)
(viii) Evidence of Registration with ITF, in compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act 2011
(ix) Proven capability, relevant experience and good track record
(x) Evidence of payment of Tender Fee of N 15,000.00 only
Interested companies/suppliers are to collect and return completed Tender Documents not later than 10th June 2015 to, the Office of the Head of Department of Works, Bwari Area Council, Council Secretariat, Bwari, Abuja – FCT; in sealed brown envelop marked at the top right; hand corner, the title of the job.
Note that all payments must be by bank draft payable to Bwari Area Council, FCT.
Opening of Tenders: Both technical and financial tenders will be opened on June 10th 2015 by 12:00 noon in the Council Conference Hall,
