Invitation to Tender: Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Tetfund) Normal Intervention in Library Development 2013 (Normal Intervention Projects)

Tenders are invited from interested and competent contractors to pre-qualify for the procurement of the following in the College:

(1)     Project No: TETFUND/DUTSIN-MA/LIB.13/01: Procurement of Assorted Textbooks (Qty- 3453)

(2)     Project No: TETFUND/DUTSIN-MA/LIB.13/02: Procurement of Encyclopedia (Qty-12No)

(3)     Project No: TETFUND/DUTSIN-MA/LIB.13/03: Procurement of Journal (Qty: 138)

(4)     Project No: TETFUND/DUTSIN-MA/LIB.13/04: Procurement of Book processing materials.

Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Tetfund) Special Intervention Project 2013 (SP 2013)

Tenders are invited from interested and competent contractors to pre-qualify for the construction of the following in the College:

Project No: COE/DUTSIN-MA/TETFUND/SP/13/01:

Construction and furnishing of 1No. Storey Block of 21 No Academic Staff Offices with 1 Set of 1No. 1600 x 900mm Table, Swivel Chair, Visitor’s Chair, Refrigerator, 1 Hp Air Conditioner to 21 No. offices, Academic Staff offices and Toilets including External Works.

Pre-Qualification Requirements

(i)      Evidence of registration of Company with Corporate Affairs Commission with Contractor’s TIN number.

(ii)     Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years.

(iii)    Evidence of VAT Registration Certificate.

(iv)    Evidence of executing similar construction work in relevant areas of large construction work in Ultra-Modem Auditorium, Large Lecture Theatre and well-furnished Office Construction. (For construction projects)

(v)     Evidence of three years Audited financial statement with company staff strength, site equipment and current engagements (work undergoing).

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents

(i)      The Pre-qualification documents must be sealed and returned/sent to the Office of the Registrar not later than 2^nd January, 2015.

(ii)     Pre-qualification is not a commitment by the College nor shall it entitle tenders to any claim whatsoever. It is not an invitation to tender.

Submission of Bid Documents

(i)      The Bid documents must be sealed and returned to the Office of the Registrar not later than 30^th January, 2014.

(ii)     Tender documents can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar between the hours of 10:00am and 2:30pm on Mondays to Thursdays and from 10:00am to 12:00 noon on Fridays.

(iii)    Payment of non-refundable processing fee of N15, 000.00 per lot.
