Invitation to Tender for Subebs Special Construction and Renovation Projects

The State Universal Basic Education (KBSUBEB) invites Competent and Reputable Contractors to vie for the above mentioned projects to be executed in some selected Nomadic schools in Birnin Kebbi, Bunza, Kalgo and Zuru L.G.A

Scope of the Works

(1)     Construction of a Block of 2 Classrooms and Office and VIP Toilet each in 10 selected Nomadic Schools in 4 Local Government Areas

(2)     Renovation of 11 No Blocks of Classroom in some selected Nomadic
Schools across the State.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Interested Contractors are to submit their proposal with the following documents

(1)     Evidence of Registration with Cooperate Affair Commission (CAC)

(2)     Registration with State Tenders Board

(3)     Current Tax Clearance Certificate (for the last 3 years)

(4)     Certificate of VAT Registration

(5)     Company Profile and Organisation Structure

(6)       Evidence of Financial Capability from the Bank

(7)     Evidence of Similar Job executed in the State with Certificate of Completion

Submission of Tender Document

Proposal and financial Bids should be Sealed and be hand delivered to the office of the Boards Secretary KBSUBEB H/Q Birnin Kebbi on or before 17^th February, 2015
