EEDC hereby invites qualified vendors to tender for the supply and installation of additional meters in its network, as follows:

Vendor Qualifications (Tender I)
Qualified Vendors will possess the following:
(a) Certification by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission
(b) Demonstrable experience in supply and installation of Meters in Nigeria
(c) Financial capacity to offer credit or vendor financing.
Vendor Qualifications (Tender 11)
Qualified Vendors will possess the following:
(a) Must be a registered Company in Nigeria.
(b) Demonstrable experience in similar Projects.
(c) Financial capacity to execute the projects within the delivery period.
Collection of Specifications and Tender Documents
Interested vendors should collect Specifications and Tender Documents from Room 014/615, Procurement Department, Enugu Electricity Distribution Company. 62 Okpara Avenue, Enugu by presenting a Non-refundable Bank Draft of N150,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty thousand Naira) per Lot. The draft should be in favour of Enugu Electricity Distribution Company.
Submission of Tender Documents
Vendors should submit their completed Tender Documents in sealed envelopes indicating the Lot Number and Description. The name and contact details of the vendor should be clearly marked on the back of each envelope.
Tender documents shall be addressed to:

Enugu Electricity Distribution Company and submitted to Room 614/615, 62 Okpara Avenue, Enugu not later than 4.00pm on 27th March, 2015.
