2.0 Nigerian Institute for Oceanography and Marine Research in Its effort to add value to her research facilities is undertaking a pre-qualification exercise for the construction of industrial borehole and water treatment plant at one of its outstations in Lagos. Qualified and interested contractors are invited to tender for the project,

- Construction and Installation of one Borehole and Treatment Plant
Pre-Qualification Requirement
(1) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(2) Copy of company’s Tax Clearance for three years
(3) Evidence of VAT registration
(4) Audited Accounts for three years
(5) Evidence of ITF remittance
(6) Full profile and verifiable addresses of company directors with evidence of membership with COREN
(7) Administrative structure of the company giving the profile of technical personnel
(8) Verifiable evidence of similar executed in Marine Environment
(9) Evidence of membership with COUNCIL OF NIGERIAN MINING ENGINEERS AND GOESCIENTISTS (COMEG) at least not less than 15 years
(10) Any other relevant Information
Collection of Bid Documents
Interested contractors should collect bid documents from the Office of Head of Administration upon evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty thousand Naira (N50.000.00) at the Institute’s head office at No. 3, Wilmont Point Road, Off Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Submission and Opening of Tender Documents
Submission of completed tender documents will close by 10.00am on 8th December, 2014 and opening of tender documents will commence immediately in the conference room of the Institute on the same date. Members of the public and representatives of bidding companies are invited to witness the bidding opening exercise.
