Invitation for Pre-Qualifications to Tender
Soba Local Government in its efforts to promote good Services to the teaming population of its citizens and as well provide good dividend of Democracy to the good people of the Local Government, wishes to execute some meaningful projects across the local Government.
This projects were to be executed with 2013 subsidy reimbursement programme funds (Sure-P) which is recently released.
Invitation
This is to invite suitably qualified contractors for pre-qualifications to tender for the following projects.
(1) Reconstruction of Turawa Development Area Secretariat
(2) Construction of High Tension Line Kwasallo-Dinya
(3) Construction of Mini bridge in Various locations of the LG
Pre-Qualification Criteria
(1) Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission
(2) Registration with relevant State Ministry in relevant categories
(3) Company Audited Account for 3 years
(4) Evidence of tax clearance for 3 years
(5) Evidence of financial capability and or banking support
(6) Experience and technical qualification of key personnel
(7) Equipment and technology capacity
(8) Annual turnover
(9) VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittance
(10) The contractor must produce evidence of compliance with section 6 (1) (3) of the ITF amended ACT No. 19 of 2011
(11) Any additional information that may enhance the company for the award of contract.
Interested bidders should purchase the bidding document at the office of the Director of Works of Soba Local Government Area from today, 10th February, 2015.
Completed bidding documents should be returned on or before 16th February, 2015.
