Invitation for Tender

Introduction:

The Federal Government of Nigeria has made provision in the 2013 Appropriation Act for the Construction of Perimeter Fencing of Sheda Science and Technology Complex Sheda Abuja.

Consequently, the Complex is desirous of engaging the services of a competent company/vendor for the Construction of Perimeter Fencing of Sheda Science and Technology Complex, Sheda Abuja (lot 1)

Interested and competent registered companies are hereby invited to bid.

Tender Requirements:

Interested and competent companies are hereby invited to submit the under-listed:

(a)     Evidence of incorporation as a company in Nigeria

(b)     Recent Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years (i.e. valid up to 31^st  December, 2013) and Value Added Tax Certificate

(c)      Evidence of financial capability and banking support

(d)     Evidence of similar projects executed

(e)      An affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the Sheda Science and Technology Complex, Sheda Abuja is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the company and confirmation that all information presented are true and correct in all particulars.

(f)      Evidence of registration with Pencom

(g)     Evidence of Pension remittance

Tender Submission:

Interested Companies who meet the requirements above should submit their documents and quotation. The submission should be in sealed envelopes, addressed to the Director- General, Sheda Science and Technology Complex, Sheda, Abuja (SHESTCO) with “Construction of Perimeter Fencing of Sheda Science and Technology Complex, Sheda Abuja (Lot1).” written on the top right corner of the envelope. Submission of Technical and Financial bid should be on or before 12:00noon on 5^th December, 2013 at Room No: 01.04, Central Workshop Building, Sheda Science and Technology Complex (SHESTCO), Sheda, FCT with a non-refundable tender fee of N50, 000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira only) for the collection of bid documents Payable in bank draft addressed to the Sheda Science and Technology Complex. Abuja. Bid will be opened immediately at 12.05 pm same day at DG’s Conference room Sheda Science and Technology Complex, (SHESTCO) Sheda 10KM from Gwagwalada on Abuja-lokoja road, FCT Abuja.
