Introduction
The Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency is a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology established to implement Government’s strategic mandate for the Research Collation, Documentation and Promotion of Traditional Medicine.
In strict compliance with the Public Procurement act and the following Due Process procedure of the Federal Government, the Agency wishes to implement the under listed Projects for the utilization of the 2014 Capital Budget Allocation.
In pursuance of the above, Contractors, Consultancy firms, Event managers and Suppliers are invited to collect and submit their tenders for the projects listed below.

C Eligibility Criteria
Interested Contractors, Consultancy firms, Event Planners and Suppliers are hereby invited to collect and submit their Bid documents along with the under listed.
- Evidence of company registration with CAC
- Evidence of Tax clearance for immediate past three (3) years
- Evidence of Vat certificate with TIN number
4. Evidence of Pension Fund remittance/certificate of compliance
- Evidence of registration with Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
6. Copy of curriculum vitae of key consultants being proposed for the job
7. Evidence of similar jobs executed for immediate past three(3) years
- Evidence of registration with Financial Reporting Council
- Evidence of Financial Capability to execute the project(s)
10. Sworn affidavit that:
a) None of the Directors of the company has ever been convicted by a court of law or bankrupt
b) The company is not bankrupt
c) No officer of the procuring entity is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any Interest in the company or bidder
d) All information presented in the submission are true and correct
- Collection of Tender/ Bid Documents.
Interested Contractors, Firms, Consultants, Event Planners and Suppliers are to collect the bid/tender documents from the office of Director General/Chief Executive between 10:00 am to 3:30pm daily from the date of this publication and upon payment of non-refundable tendering fee of N10,000.00 for each LOT in Bank draft in favour of Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency, Lagos.
E. Submission of Tender/Bids
Tender/Bid collected should reach the office of the Director General/Chief Executive Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency (NNMDA) 9 Kofo Abayomi Street Victoria island, Lagos not later than 30th June 2014.
Returned Bid documents should being sealed envelope with the LOT marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope and dropped in a tender box.
F. Closing Date and Opening of Bid Documents
Submission of Bid documents will close by 12:00 noon on Tuesday 1st July, 2014 and submitted Bid documents shall be opened immediately on Tuesday 1st July, 2014 at the Agency’s Conference Room.
G. Other Information
Bid documents not accompanies with all attachments shall be rejected.
Bid documents submitted after closing date or time shall be rejected.
