Invitation for Submission of Pre-Qualification and Tender Bids for Year 2013 Tetfund Special Intervention Projects
1.0 Introduction
Interested, competent, reputable and qualified contractors are invited to submit pre-qualification and tender bids for the following 2013 TEDTFUND special intervention projects:
LOTS A- Construction of office Block for School of Business studies
LOTS B- Construction of Office Block for School General Studies
LOTS C- Supply and installation of 500KVA sound proof Generating set
LOTS D – Supply of 500L Mercedes Benz Water Tanker
LOTS E- Procurement of office Equipment and furniture
2:0 Pre-qualification Requirements
Contractors are to submit these documents arranged and page numbers in the order
- Evidence of incorporation /registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Company Tax Certificate for year 2011, 2012, and 2013
- Evidence of registration with National Pension Commission PENCOM and remittance of employees contribution
- Evidence of Registration with ITF and evidence of remittance
- Evidence of Registration with relevant statutory regulating body ARCON, QSRBN, COREN etc
- Detailed Company profile indicating full location address and contact numbers Curriculum Vitae of key staff with academic and professional certificates ,list of relevant equipment, list of verifiable and completed executed /on-going projects within the last five years with evidence and a written attestation to the availability of listed staff and equipment to execute the work in that order
- VAT registration and evidence of remittance
- Company Audited Account for year 2011, 2012, and 2013
- Evidence of Financial capability and letter of reference from reputable Bank
- Sworn affidavit that none of the Directors of the firm has been convicted in any country for any criminal offences relating to fraud or financial impropriety
- sworn Affidavit on whether any officer of the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the Company
- Evidence of Community Social Responsibility if available
3.0 Tender Documents
Tender Documents can be collected at Room 25, Central Administration Building after paying for a tender processing fee for the respective lot at the Bursary departments as follows LOTS A&B -N50, 000,00 each., LOTS C&D -20,000,00, Lot E 15,000,00
4.0 Submission and opening of documents
Pre-qualification and tender documents in separates wax sealed envelope with the respective lot number and title boldly written at the top right corner should be addressed and submitted to the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, Bauchi at the Central Administration Building not later 12 noon 30th June 2014
Pre-Qualification Documents will be opened on 30th June 2014 at 12; 15 at the council chamber of the Polytechnic .Tender bids of prequalified contractors would be opened later after serving a written notice, All interested contractors and other stakeholders are invited to attend
5.0 Important Information
a. The submission of documents should not be construed as commitment by the institution nor it entitle any contractor or his agent to make any claims whatsoever or seek any indemnity
- All submitted document could be subjected to physical verification and original documents may be require for sighting
