(B) Pre-Qualification and Tendering Requirements
Interested Contractors must submit along with their tenders the following documents:
(i) Evidence of registration of company with Corporate Affairs Commission. (ii) Current registration with Ondo State Ministry of Works for year 2015.
(iii) Current Ondo State 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate (2012, 2013 and 2014) for Enterprises/Ventures or current 3 years Federal Tax Clearance Certificate in case of Limited Liability Companies, as well as current 3 years Ondo State Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates of at least two (2) Directors of the Limited Liability Company.
(iv) Evidence of payment of 3 years Ondo State Development Levy (2013, 2014 and 2015).
(v) Original receipt of payment of non-refundable tender fees of N30,000 each for Lots 1 -20, N10,000 each for Lots 21-30 and Lots 51-63, N20,000 each for Lots 31-50 and N50,000 each for Lots 64-75 only; and
(vi) Company profile detailing confirmation of financial capability by bank, Technical and Management competence as well as evidence of execution of similar projects.
(C) Interested bidders can obtain contract details from the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Planning, Research and Statistics Department, Oke- Eda, Akure after showing evidence of payment of Tender Fees. Tenderer are to visit the site before tendering as variation, under any guise, will not be entertained on any of the projects.
(D) All tender documents should be submitted in waxed-sealed envelope marked SUBEB/ONDO/TETFUND/09-10/ with the LOT Number and tender job description indicated on top left corner of the envelope to the address below:.

(E) Submission Date:
All Tenders must be submitted on or before 4p.m, on Tuesday 19th May, 2015.
Please note that the pre-qualification and tender documents will be opened at the Cabinet and Special Services Department on a date to be communicated to tenderers. All tenderers we hereby invited to the meeting for the opening of the pre-qualification and tender documents. Only quotations of the pre-qualified contractors will be considered and Government is not bound to accept the lowest bid or give reason for rejecting any tender.
