Invitation for Pre-Qualification for the Construction/Reconstruction/Rehabilitation of Roads Captured in Proposed 2015 Capital Budget
(1.0) Introduction
The Adamawa State Government through the Ministry of Works is desirous to Construct/Reconstruct/ Rehabilitate some Roads that are captured in the proposed 2015 capital budget, to this end, interested and capable contractors with relevant experience are invited to submit prequalification documents for consideration.
(2.0) Pre-qualification Requirements
Interested contractors are required to submit their company’s profile which must include but not restricted to the following:-
(1) Evidence of Incorporation of the Company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(2) Copies of Tax Clearance for 2012, 2013, 2014.
(3) VAT Certificate with evidence of remittance to Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS).
(4) Firms Audited Account for 2012, 2013, 2014,
(5) Details of staff strength including Curriculum Vitae (CV) and profile of Key staff and associates Evidence of the Firm’s Corporate.
(6) Details of Previous related works and services rendered including scope and certificates of valuation/completion Registration with the appropriate Professional body.
(7) Clear indication of Head Office Address.
(8) Sworn Affidavit that the Firm is not bankrupt.
(9) Sworn Affidavit that none of the Principal or Associate of the Firm is an ex-convict or bankrupt
(10) Evidence of Financial capability and banking support (Bank references, recent statement of Account).
3.0 Submission
Interested Contractors are to submit two binded copies in colours addressed to The permanent Secretary

On or before 26th June, 2015,
The envelope should have the inscription expression of interest for the proposed 2015 capital budget at the top of the envelope.
Qualified contractors would be contacted as soon as possible. Please note that all future tenders on Roads for the proposed 2015 budget will be sent to the qualified Contractors for biding and the Ministry is not oblige to qualify any responding contractor.
All cost incurred as a result of responding for this invitation and any subsequent request for information shall be borne by the responding firm.
Having a Quarry and asphalt plant within Adamawa and Taraba state will be an added advantage.
