Invitation for Pre-qualification and Tenders for 2014 Capital Project
Introduction
The Michael Otedola College of Primary Education is undertaking a pre-qualification exercise for the implementation of its 2014 Capital Project. Qualified and interested contractors are invited to tender for the under listed project.
Project Description/Scope of Work
1. Construction of 460- Seater Lecture Theatre
Pre-Qualification Requirements
1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by inclusion of a copy of a Certificate of Incorporation and Article of Association
2. Evidence of registration as contractor (certificate of incorporation) with relevant Lagos State Government Ministries
3. Evidence of company’s financial standing.
4. Current tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years.
5. Evidence of execution and completion of similar jobs in the last three (3) years.
6. Evidence of VAT registration.
7. Evidence of three (3) years tax clearance certificate of two (2) directors obtained from the Lagos State Government.
8. Evidence of registration as contractor/consultant with the College.
9. Any other relevant information.
Collection of Bid Documents
Interested firms should collect bid documents from the Office of the Registrar upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000.00) only paid into MOCPED Revenue Account No. 1011584530 of Zenith Bank.
Submission of Tender Documents
All valid tender documents should be spiral bounded and submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Invitation to tender for 2014 Capital Project” to reach the address stated below not later than 13th March 2014. Further submission after specified time would not be accepted.
