Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tendering
1.0 Introduction
Niger State Ministry of Health and Hospital Services in collaboration with Society for Family Health (SFH) and support from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMF) on her project to improve Primary Health Care Services hereby invites interested, competent and reputable contractors to apply for tenders for the proposed under listed projects:
- State Cold Chain Unit (Epidemiology Unit)
Lot 1: Complete Renovation of the three Arms of the Epidemiology Unit and the Expansion of the State Cold Chains Store. Renovation will include
- Removal, Repair and Construction of new roof members, ceiling board, doors, windows, electric wiring and fittings and plumber fittings and pipes,
ii. Removal/demolition and reconstruction of two compartment public toilet.
iii. Renovation of generator house
Lot 2 Landscaping using interlocking tiles and beautification Renovation of perimeter fencing.
Lot 3 Construction of a 403m Cold Store
Lot 4 Furnishing of 30 Office Apartments with Basic Office Equipments at the State Cold Store, Minna (Epidemiology Unit)
Lot 5: Procurement and Installation of Generating Sets for State and LGA Cold Stores
- Procurement of 1 unit 60kva Electricity Generating set for state cold store,
- Procurement of 25 units (5KVA) electricity generating sets for LGA cold stores
1.0 Eligibility
1.0 Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.
1.1 Evidence of registration with Niger State Public Procurement Board (NSPPB).
1.2 Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past 3 years
1.3 Value Added Tax registration Certificate and evidence of VAT remittance
1.4 A Comprehensive Company Profile
1.5 Evidence of similar job execution
1.6 Evidence of financial capability and Banking
1.7 Evidence of a Personal identification Number
3.0 Collection of Tender Documents
The tender documents are obtainable from the office of the Chief Accountant, Niger State Primary Health Care Agency, Abdulkareem Lafene Secretariat Complex, Paiko Road, Minna on presentation of original receipt of non refundable tender fee of Twenty Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00) only per project in bank draft made payable to any Access Bank Minna, Niger State Primary Health Care Development Agency Project Account No 0688979250
4.0 Submission of Documents
All completed pre-qualification and tender documents must be filled in ink and submitted in sealed envelopes and boldly marked, “Tender Requirements for Lot. Number at NGMOH/NGLCG Project, Minna 2014” at the top right corner of the envelopes and boldly marked written at the back of the envelop and submitted to the Procurement Secretary, Niger NGLCG, at the officer of the Executive Director, Niger State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Abdulkareem Lafene Secretariat Complex, Paiko Road, Minna, Niger State on or before 21st July 2014
The financial bid should be accompanied with relevant Bid security in form of Bank draft or Managers Cheque which should be at least 2% of the financial bid.
5.0 Closing of Submission
Submission of tenders commences on Monday, 30th June and to close on Friday, 18th July 2014, by 12.00 noon prompt.
6.0 Opening of Bids
All pre-qualification bids will be opened Friday 18th July, 2014, 2.00pm. Venue: Ministry of Health Conference Hall, Minna.
