The Lagos State Government has approved the 2014 budget and the Office of the Special Adviser on Education has secured necessary approval from the State Budget towards the cost of executing some capital projects and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the contract for the Construction of a 460
Seater Lecture Theatre at the Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, Noforija, Epe, Lagos State:

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Lagos State Public Procurement Guidelines for Works and are open to all bidders from eligible Countries as defined in the guidelines.
The Provost, Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, Noforija, Epe LGA now invites sealed bids from eligible Contractors for above Contracts as detailed in the bidding document:

Qualification Requirements:
i) Experience as prime contractor in the carrying out at least three (3) projects of similar nature and complexity equivalent to the works over the last 5 years (to comply with this requirement, the work cited should be at least 70% complete)
ii) Availability (own/lease/hire) of the essential equipment as listed in the Bidding Data Sheet.
iii) A Contract Manager with 5 years’ experience in construction of works of an equivalent nature and volume including not less than 3 years as Contract Manager
A complete set of Bidding Document in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) or Three Hundred United State Dollars (US$300.00) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency. Payment will be made in cash or draft addressed to Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, Noforija, Epe:
The Bidding Document will be collected by hand or sent by Courier upon request.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 Hours on Friday 5th September 2014 and must be accompanied by a security as indicated in the table above. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on Friday 5th September 2014 by 12:00Noon, at the Conference Room of the Provost, College of Primary Education, Noforija, Epe LGA, Lagos State.
