1. Kaduna State Tenders Board had earlier invited Bidders for expression of interest for Kaduna state projects dated 18th September, 2013 on Leadership and Peoples Daily Newspapers.
2. The approved list of pre-qualified bidders is posted on the notice board of, Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board and Kaduna State Tenders Board.

1. Interested pre-qualified companies may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below between the hours of 9.00am -3.00pm Mondays – Thursdays and 9.00am – 1.00pm Fridays.
2. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language would be purchased at a non-refundable Tender Fee indicated against each lot at Kaduna State Tenders Board as directed. The documents will be collected on presentation of tender fee receipt at Physical Project and Monitoring Department of Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board.
3. Sealed bids must be delivered in an envelope clearly marked with caption “Tender for 2012 or 2013” indicating Category, (A B,C,D,E, or F) and Lot Number on or before 12.00 noon on 4th December, 2013.

4. Bids will be opened in the presence of contractors or their representatives at the Boardroom of the Kaduna State Tenders Board Headquarters at 12.00 noon prompt on 4th December, 2013. Late bids will not be accepted.
5. The Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board is not obligated to accept the highest/lowest bids.
6. A successful bidder shall stand automatically disqualified and his bid cancelled if it is established or proved that the bidder won as a result of fraudulent misrepresentation, suppression or non- disclosure of material facts which if disclosed ab initio would have disqualified him from bidding.
7. Bidders should note that only pre-qualified contractors will be allowed to bid.
8. Bidders should also note that there will be no transfer of contract after award to third party.
